A new affordable housing project is planned for Southeast Portland.
Upright Development Works had an early assistance meeting with the city of Portland this week for a seven-story, 71-unit apartment project at 3314 S.E. Powell Blvd. The meeting is a chance for the developer to ask the city questions about the proposal before submitting for permits.
